This pendant with the symbol of the North Star Polaris – was first noticed in the Middles Ages and the star stands still while the sky is constantly moving.
In the Norwegian fairy tale, North Star Polaris is considered the end of the universe and the entire sky moves around it. Additionally, in the Mongolian mythology, Polaris is a landmark of the world.
Cross Dial is a representation of consistency, keeping own orientation, unaffected by the gossip around.
