Chaos From Undermind is a new progressive fashion label coming out of South Korea from the creative mind of Young Jae Cho which, though categorised as a menswear brand, perfectly embodies agender fashion in its aesthetic. The ethos of the brand is "Darkness in Subconscious" which translates into a black palette with futuristic shapes and luxurious fabrics. The Spring Summer 2016 collection, called See the Unseen and the second for the label, continues to drive the narrative of the avant garde atelier. While it can be difficult to make a leather jacket stand out, the use of lamb leather and the impressive shape and texture of the Chaos From Undermind iteration do exactly that. And while the designs may look almost simple, Chaos From Undermind like to hide little gems in the details, such as hidden pockets behind the zipper details and pleats on the side of a wide leg shaped trouser.
