Every aspect of Agata Della Torre is right up my alley. They do monochrome like no one else, there is a mastery of texture and they are conscious as a brand. You can see their previous Autumn Winter 2016 collection and a bit more about the brand here to see more of what I mean. This is why I was so excited to see their latest collection for this upcoming Autumn Winter 2018 season.
This collection sees an oddly satisfying amalgamation of casual style and chic sensibilities with a bit of an edge. Heavy weight cottons and lighter silks feature throughout the collection along with superb knitting, which Agata Della Torre does better than most anyone. One of their signature techniques where they almost flock details onto the fabric also features in this collection. This season, while the style is more sleek than this past Autumn Winter, they seek to transcend traditional shapes by adding length, removing trims or accentuating details.
